1. Total commitment to mine action: Total commitment to mine action requires will, discipline, and courage.

4. Practice my action till it's habitual.
5. Have the strength of mind to analyze the script correctly.
6. Ensure every line of dialogue is encompassed by my action.
7. Only concern me with the action.
8. Be generous.
9. Trust my preparation.
10. Preparation is a point of departure to a journey, not the destination.
11. Don' try and force the moment to conform to my preparation, improvise in the moment in response to what is actually happening in the moment.
12. Memorize the lines until they are habitual.
13. Keep in mind- My performance is a presentation before an audience/camera.
14. Relax.
15. Give everything.
16. Use my imagination.
17. Any emotion which is not organically created by my attempts to do my action is a lie.
18. I Listen and listen and listen
